CCERTIFICATION OF THE INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM QUALITY AND INFORMATION SECURITY
In April 2005 TÜV CERT Certification Body of TÜV Türingen e.V. certified in accordance with TÜV CERT procedure that TechnoCAD SA had established and applies a quality management system for "Design services in CAD, GIS, multimedia domain, promotion and selling of CAD software products, training in computer aided design". The certification of ISO 9001:2000 was renewed in 2008 by TÜV CERT Certification Body of TÜV Hessen (SC SYSCERT SRL).
Subsequently, recertification audits were held as follows:
- in 2010 - EN ISO 9001:2008 certificate – by TÜV PROFICERT of TÜV Hessen (SC SYSCERT SRL);
- in 2011 - EN ISO 9001:2008 certificate - by TÜV PROFICERT of TÜV Hessen (SC SYSCERT SRL);
- in 2014 - EN ISO 9001:2008 certificate - by TÜV PROFICERT of TÜV Hessen (SC SYSCERT SRL);
- in 2017 - EN ISO 9001:2015 certificate - by TÜV PROFICERT of TÜV Hessen (SC SYSCERT SRL).
In 2017 TechnoCAD S.A. obtained the certification of the information security management systems - ISO / IEC 27001:2013 certificate - by TÜV PROFICERT of TÜV Hessen (SC SYSCERT SRL).
Implementing our own quality and information security policy, as an integral part to the general policies of the organization, enjoys a special attention from the management team. Given the growing competition in the field of computer-aided design, we are aware that in the future, the most important feature of our products and services must be the quality.
Information also is an important resource for TechnoCAD S.A., in carrying out its work on product design and services in the areas of CAD, GIS, Multimedia and training in computer aided design and use of computer technology. Our products and services must comply with the requirements specified or defined by the customers and at the same time with the applicable legal regulations.
Quality means for us the requirements and expectations of our customers, and we can confirm these only through the contribution of each employee. We recognize the special value of the information accumulated over the years of the organization.
A secured information is the one that retains its basic characteristics, namely, to be and remain confidential, to maintain its integrity (to be complete) and available (accessible only to those with access rights). |
