Since 2015, in response to customer demands, we have broadened our company's activities by integrating projects that include manufacturing. We have built prototypes and limited series devices, tools and machines according to customer specifications, dealing with issues in engineering, automation, hydraulics and pneumatics, working together with our specialized partners.

The pin insertion device is used to insert plastic pins into parts of polyurethane foam for the automotive industry. This device checks and counts the number of conforming and nonconforming parts. The automated system informs the operator when the part is conforming or not, by means of a warning lamp, allowing the removal of failed parts before delivery to the client.

The rubber parts unmolding device is mounted on 120t presses which produce rubber parts by vulcanization. This device allows the unmolding/detachment of the rubber parts after the completion of the vulcanization process. In this way, the operator is protected from accidents.

The Certification Body CEPROM CERT issues the certificate of conformity no 1466-CT-32018 under which the mark CE can be applied to the product "INJECTION CABIN OF POLYURETHANE FOAM WITH TOOL CARRIER DEVICE ", designed and developed by TECHNOCAD S.A.

Storage and transport trolleys are designed for storing and transporting the parts of polyurethane foam between the production division and the other departments. The trolleys are made of welded metal profiles, fitted with four pivoting roller bearings and shelves of PAL coated with adhesive sponge.
